1981 Corvette Fuse Box

My fusesfuse boxwont workstereo ext check my fuses in fuse box but carwont start and some fuses dont have current going trough dash wont work and stereo ext but lights inside car work and lights on the outside work to i have a 1981 chev.

1981 corvette fuse box. I have checked and replaced all the fuses that were blown or that just looked dodgy. I have checked the entire fuse block and i get 12 volts on every fuse except the top right 3 fuses looking directly at the fuse block. Car is in great shapeeverthing seems to work goodexcept no dash or interior lightscome on when engine is on and headlights are on. 1981 vette fusebox location greetings all am new to this forumand the proud owner of a 1981 beigedark bronze l81 with 40k original miles.

I found layout at. 1981 chevy monte carlo. Even the dome light dose not come on when turning the headlight knobbut does come on when opening the door. This project nearly broke me emotionally i put blood sweat and tears into this one.

No happy ending here. When i put a volt meter on the heater ac fuse i get varied readings 05 volts the occassional 000 volt this is the case with the engine running too.
